About the listings

We curate and verify each listing to the best of our ability — confirming the owner or agent, taking the photos ourselves, and checking the price and availability. We can’t, however, guarantee that details never change; always confirm specifics during your viewing.

Stay safe

Never pay a deposit or any fee before you have viewed a property in person. Thusani will always arrange an in‑person viewing first and will never ask you to pay to secure a viewing.

No agency relationship

Thusani helps connect prospective tenants with verified homes. Any lease agreement is between you and the owner or their managing agent; we are not a party to it.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or submit false enquiries.
