What we collect

When you request a viewing we collect only what we need to arrange it: your name, email address, phone number, your preferred day/time, and any message you add. We record that you consented to be contacted and the date of the request. We do not store your IP address, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a viewing of the property you asked about. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Viewing requests are kept only as long as needed to help you, then routinely deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies

The public site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single secure cookie is used only to keep staff signed in to the admin area.
